This is a used Puch VDO style 30MPH speedometer, it has the inclination to not want to return to 0MPH until it’s sat for a bit, also has some damage to the metal rim that goes around the face. Sports both the Puch brand symbol on the face and the sticker on the side, and comes with metal attach arms.
