This is a used Puch VDO style 30MPH speedometer that is in interesting shape. when ran it only wants to go up to 25mph and then only goes back down to 0mph after it’s sat for a bit. It also does not have the Puch brand symbol on the inside and the sticker one on the outside is coming off.
