The JC Penny Pinto II was the top of the line for its model. This moped features upgraded snowflake mag wheels, ¾ seat, exterior spring shocks, nicer rack etc. from the factory. The Pinto features a Puch e50 one speed motor. It has new tires, tubes, performance exhaust, larger front sprocket, etc. and hits just shy of 40 mph.
