During busier seasons, lead times can take longer. Once the bike leaves ONYX’s California facility, shipment time can take up to 7 days to Detroit Moped Works. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees; while ONYX tries to meet these timelines, they do not advise making plans based on an estimated lead time for an order.

Just Ask). There is no getting around it. BUT if you order through Detroit Moped Works:

-We receive the bike then inspect, professionally assemble, test, and adjust the bike before sending it home with you. (We know how they are “supposed to ride / feel”)

-We resolve any damage and/or warranty issues needed upon arrival.

-We recycle or re-purpose shipping packaging.

-We can make any requested mods before pick up.

-We will be your ONYX service center.

-You will feel good for supporting a small local brick and mortar shop.

-This all happens and NO EXTRA CHARGE – WOW!
