This thoughtful restored 1977 JC Penny Pinto has had a full tune-up, complete wheel service, inspection and polish. The stock set-up has only had minor performance upgrades to maintain this beautiful vintage moped's feel while modernizing some essentials to maintain reliability. Notably we replaced the old carburetor with a new Bing Clone 15mm Carburetor and tuned the new set up.
